How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

At Randy Ellis Design, Inc., it is our policy to ship your items to you as quickly as possible. Our items usually ship within one to two business days. If an item is not currently in stock, call us at 602.803.1122, and we will give you an estimated shipping date. For KC HiLites orders, please allow an additional business day for shipping. If we are not able to ship an ordered item within three business days, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone within one business day. Please note: Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All of our products ship from our location in Phoenix, AZ. Once the item ships, please allow an additional 1-7 business days for delivery to your door. Shipping methods and times will vary depending on your location. Orders with multiple items will always ship together unless otherwise instructed by you. Please note: Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Allow for extra time for shipments to Canada.


What kind of shipping methods do you use?

For orders within the U.S. (except for AK and HI), and Canada we use United Parcel Service. For AK and HI orders, we use the United States Postal Service. For freight shipments, we will contact you and verify the shipping cost and carrier with you beforehand. A tracking number will be provided for all UPS and USPS shipments, either via e-mail (if provided) or by calling Randy Ellis Design, Inc. We do NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses or internationally (except for Canada).


What if my item arrives damaged?

Items damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company. However, as a valued Randy Ellis Design, Inc., customer, we will work diligently with you to file any claims for damage during shipment. Shipping damage that is due to inadequate packaging is the responsibility of Randy Ellis Design, Inc., and we will of course cover any damages once our liability is established.


What if I receive an incorrect item or parts are missing?

Please check the contents of your packages immediately upon arrival, and call Randy Ellis Design, Inc., immediately to report any missing items, incorrect items, incorrect quantities, etc. We can not honor claims for mis-counted or mis-packaged items months after the item was shipped.


What kind of warranty does Randy Ellis Design, Inc., offer?

Light Bars ordered from Randy Ellis Design, Inc., are subject to a 10 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects and a 1 year warranty for the powder coat. Items not manufactured by Randy Ellis Design, Inc., are subject to manufacturer’s warranty and conditions and are subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise. For those items not manufactured by Randy Ellis Design, Inc., you can either contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claims, or you can speak to us at 602.803.1122. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer’s abuse, negligence, or mishandling. No labor or inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims. Randy Ellis Design, Inc., highly recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle. Therefore, Randy Ellis Design, Inc., is not responsible if your vehicle is inoperable due to sending us the part for warranty claim.


What if I need to return my purchase?

All of us at Randy Ellis Design, Inc., want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple: If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we will credit your account or refund your money. Just return the item(s) to us in new, resellable condition within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will refund the full purchase price, minus return and original shipping charges (which are not refundable). Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being: used, installed, modified, installed contrary to instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. To return an item, call Randy Ellis Design Inc. for verification. Then securely package the item(s) and return them to Randy Ellis Design, Inc., at your own cost.


What if I need to cancel my order?

If for any reason you decide to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone at 602.803.1122, or e-mail us at info@randyellisdesign.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually cancel the order upon notification.

If your order has already been shipped it may not be eligible for cancellation. If the cancellation request is received after an item has shipped, Randy Ellis Design, Inc., will gladly accept a return consistent with our return policy. However, no refunds are available for shipping and handling fees and customer bears sole responsibility for all return shipping costs.


Do you charge sales tax?

We collect 9.3% sales tax for all orders shipping to Arizona.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will notify you of a price change before shipping. Please note that Randy Ellis Design, Inc., cannot be responsible for typographical or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
